The Plough Inn Tavern is a large hotel situated in the heart of Brisbane's tourism precinct - The Southbank Parklands. We are a large food and beverage operation that relies greatly on our Website for exposure as we have clientele from all over the world visiting us on a daily basis whether it be for a basic drink and bite to eat or business meetings and functions.
 
I have been using Killa Designs for approximately the past 6 years in past and present business ventures. It goes without saying that I put a great deal of trust into Mike Kilpatrick (Killa Designs) to ensure deadlines are met and that information is loaded quickly and accurately at all times, whether it be just a simple upgrade of information or a full Web site rebuild. Mike has always delivered without fail and has always gone out of his way to ensure we receive the best service possible. As mentioned above we are based in Australia, Initially I had some serious concerns that when Mike relocated to Uganda that I might have some delay's and trouble keeping things up to date and meeting required deadlines etc. I was pleasantly mistaken! Mike has made himself available at all times and in all honesty has kept my business in the highest of his priorities as if he was based in an office at the Plough Inn itself!
 
Mike has always made himself available for contact whether it be in way of conference call with myself or as simple as discussing design changes over Skype with my staff. My staff have made several comments on how wonderful it is to send an email across the other side of the world for web design etc and have it actioned basically immediately.
 
On a more business orientated level, I am no different to anyone else! We all need to get work like this done in the quickest available time, but are also always conscious of budgetary requirements and ongoing costs etc. Mike has always been acceptable to our budget demands and has always delivered the highest quality work within the set budgets.
