Killa Designs commenced operations in 1986 primarily focused on Entertainment, in particular, DJs and Bands in Pubs and Clubs. Our experience booking and promoting artists led to us becoming more in involved in the design and roll out of various printed promotional and marketing material. In addition we scripted and booked many radio and TV commercials, formulated loyaty programs and membership plans.

We also acquired and ran the largest go kart operation in South East Queensland, Australia, taking it from a humble $400,000 turnover per year to well over 1 million turnover per year within 3 years. Other business interests included cafes and restaurants.

The experienced gained along the way running numerous small to medium business has enamored us with a high level of understanding to get the maximum from an advertising budget, be it large or small.

CASE STUDY
A client in Australia facing a downturn in clientele due to new competition, engaged our services.

During our first week, with 25% less patrons the client reported a 30% increase in gross turnover.

We simply analyzed their music programming, operations and staff behavioral patterns, then re-arranged the play list and moved security guards to different areas & rotated staff to different bars. The immediate effect was that patrons were happier, felt more at ease, enjoyed the music more, danced more and of course drank more, stayed longer etc.

Within 3 months the nightclub was regularly breaking all previous records as far as patrons through the door and per head spend.
